2013 Budget materials are now available to members. JTL Group, through the PS HOA, are making repairs to buildings that have structure and safety issues. Our current contractor, Capital Building, will be making these repairs as weather permits. READ MORECommunity Update
Submit a Work Order

To submit a work order request, go to the "Forms" link, select "Contact" and fill out the form fields, select subject from the drop down menu, and submit. Or download the work order request form here.
Write up the problem, complaint, question or issue and either deliver it to a board member or fax it to the manager at (866) 440-6644. We will enter it into the system and will give you a work order confirmation number. Then it will go to the Board for approval. The manager will let you know when the work will be done or the outcome of your request.Homeowners Meeting
